CranioSacral Therapy

CST was pioneered and developed by osteopathic physician John E. Upledger following extensive scientific studies from 1975 to 1983 at Michigan State University, where he served as a clinical researcher and Professor of Biomechanics.

CST is a gentle, hands-on method of evaluating and enhancing the functioning of a physiological body system called the craniosacral system - comprised of the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord.

Using a soft touch generally no greater than 5 grams, or about the weight of a nickel, practitioners release restrictions in the craniosacral system to improve the functioning of the central nervous system.

By complementing the body's natural healing processes, CST is increasingly used as a preventive health measure for its ability to bolster resistance to disease, and is effective for a wide range of medical problems associated with pain and dysfunction, including:

Integrative Healing: 

An Integrative Healing session offers an individual healing in a specific area of their life and also assists the individual in expanding, balancing their energies with the every changing energy patterns on the earth plane, and overall peace and harmony.

Pam uses her intuition, various healing modalities that she has learned over the years and coaching skills, to assist the individual with their goals and intentions.  Combining all of these together, profound healing and change will begin to happen within the individual.

The best way to prepare for this kind of healing is not to have any expectations for the session in advance, due to the fact that “healing occurs on many different levels, not just physically.

In her practice, Pam works with the “future” self of the individual, and makes suggestions of positive affirmations to think of daily to re-affirm the client’s desires and healing goals. Releasing old outmoded thought patterns is imperative to “moving past” things in our lives when we get stuck in negative patterns, addictions, personal relationships, etc.

Reconnective Healing ™

Reconnective Healing TM is a form of healing that is here on the planet for the very first time. It reconnects us to the fullness of the universe as it reconnects us to the fullness of our beings and of who we are. It is considered to be able to reconnect us to the universe and to our very essence not just through a new set of healing frequencies, but through possibly an entirely new bandwidth. The reality of its existence has demonstrated itself clearly in practice as well as in science laboratories.

Everyone’s experience with Reconnective Healing TM is unique. Often healings are reported in an instant in just one session, and sometimes it takes a bit longer for a healing to unfold. If you’re lucky, your healing will come in the form you anticipated; if you’re really lucky, your healing will come in a form you haven’t even thought of, one that the universe has in mind specifically for you.

Healings can come in all forms. The best way to allow for a healing is to proceed in a state of expectancy, without expectation or attachment. Place yourself on the table, relax, close your eyes and simply notice. Observe. Become both the observer and the observed.

Frequently Asked Questions

Please arrive 15 minutes early for your first session to fill out a Client information Form and to discuss what type of treatment you are interest in.  It is a good idea to drink 8-16 ounces of water one hour prior to your session to properly hydrate your body before and after your session. You will be given water after your session too.

Please pay with cash only.  Checks are accepted for Gift Certificates and phone sessions.

Please let me know if you are allergic to cats, as I have 4!  I will make sure they are put away in the basement. I have many clients who are allergic, so I clean with essential oils prior to their visit and they have not had any problems!
